Please contact us about known prescriptions and repeats ahead of time and, in the case of unannounced requests, please do not expect that the request will be actioned immediately. Acute medication will naturally be delivered promptly.
As there are legally binding financial constraints regarding tests and treatment, not all requests can be fulfilled immediately or without restrictions. This is something that can potentially be discussed during your appointment.
