Important Information for your Visit:

  • For the first visit of a quarter, we always require your child’s insurance card.
  • In the case of Vaccination appointments or general Check-Ups, please remember to bring your child’s Immunisation Card and Check-up Book.
  • In the case of infants in their first year of life, please bring your usual nappy changing materials and a hand towel or small blanket.
